Metal cleats? - metal cleats
OK, I have played softball and staples generally changed, and now we have the metal. I wonder if their value is preserved, I bought myself a new pair at the end of last year.
I am also a pitcher who does not know whether it would make a difference.
Just tell me what you think?

Metal staples to help grip the ground more. They are very effective. As a pitcher can help you. I use it all the time for my team in high school, and I feel very strongly when I'm stealing bases and what not.
They also tend to be the second or third base coach scare when you slide on your face: P
