My TomTom consistanty read 3 km / h slower than my speedometer. When my speedo "fast" I guess that means that my odometer Earn miles faster than disadvantages I warrentee it should be. Right?
And if so, what can I do? Is my warrentee Toyota (Scion) "bumper to bumper" cover recallibrating my speedometer?

the speedometer have anything to do with each other. You could if you had the wrong size wheels, but change the speedometer calibration would not change the rate meter.
The GPS is not as fast as (cooling), your car speedometer. simply by removing your dealer if you are worried. under its warranty rights!
No, this is your experience more accurate than GPS. My answer is the odometer.
